Terms of Use
The terms that govern website use, orders, payment, delivery, returns, refunds and applicable statutory consumer rights.
Scope
These Terms of Use apply to the use of pharqio.com and purchases made from PharQio, operated by Shandong Boyi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Website Use
You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not interfere with website operation, misuse content, attempt unauthorized access or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.
Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, images, sizes and other product information clearly. Minor differences may arise from display settings or reasonable production variation. Product-specific information shown on the product page applies to that product.
Prices and Taxes
Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website’s pricing configuration. Customs duties and import charges are separate where applicable.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. You are responsible for reviewing order details, delivery information and payment information before submitting the order.
Order Acceptance
An order is accepted when it is confirmed for fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for payment issues, suspected fraud, stock problems, obvious pricing errors or other legitimate operational reasons.
Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Cancellation
You may request order cancellation before dispatch by contacting support@pharqio.com. After dispatch, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Address Changes
You may request a delivery-address change before dispatch. After a parcel has been accepted by the carrier, a change cannot be guaranteed and may depend on carrier handling.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Primary card methods are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. Additional payment options may be available where displayed on the Payment or Checkout page.
Shipping Fees
Standard shipping is 6$ for orders below the free-shipping threshold.
Free Shipping
Orders meeting 50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates may vary because of destination, carrier operations, customs processing, peak periods, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside reasonable control. These estimates do not limit obligations imposed by applicable law.
Tracking
All orders include shipment tracking. Tracking information is provided after dispatch once tracking data becomes available.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, import charges or customs-handling charges imposed by the destination may be the customer’s responsibility where applicable. Mandatory applicable law prevails where it requires a different allocation of responsibility.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel appears significantly delayed or lost, contact support@pharqio.com. We will review the tracking and investigate with the relevant carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a reshipment or refund.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Where EU distance-selling rules apply, consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This statutory right is separate from the normal commercial return policy.
Returns
For items covered by the normal return policy, contact support@pharqio.com within 14 calendar days after receipt to register a return. The registered address is not automatically the return address; return instructions will provide the correct return location.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind, size-preference or other non-defective returns, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays the applicable return shipping cost. For EU statutory withdrawal, the customer bears return shipping where this responsibility was properly disclosed and applicable law permits it.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are supported. For a normal non-defective exchange, the customer pays the return shipping cost and the replacement shipment cost. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays the applicable return and replacement shipping costs. No restocking fee is charged.
Defective, Incorrect or Incomplete Goods
If goods are damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact support@pharqio.com. The merchant will bear applicable shipping costs required to provide the appropriate resolution. Mandatory rights for non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Our internal processing target is within 7 business days after returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed. This target does not replace or extend a mandatory statutory refund deadline. Where EU statutory withdrawal applies, refund timing and any permitted withholding until goods are returned or evidence of return is supplied follow applicable law.
Personalised Goods Exception Where Applicable
If made-to-order, custom-made or clearly personalised goods are offered and an applicable statutory withdrawal exception applies, such goods may be excluded from change-of-mind withdrawal to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect goods, merchant production errors or other mandatory statutory rights.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits Mandatory Statutory Consumer Rights. Any term that cannot lawfully exclude or restrict a consumer right will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Website content, design, text, graphics and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Use of the website does not transfer ownership of those rights.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. Subject to mandatory law, liability is limited to the extent reasonably permitted for losses directly connected with the relevant transaction or website use.
Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@pharqio.com.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version shown with the current Last updated date applies from its stated update date, subject to applicable law and rights relating to existing orders.
